This notice describes the contact, programme-update and analytics data handled by the Nexus Atlas business website.
Submitting the briefing form sends its fields to our inbox through our email provider (SendGrid) so a person can answer you. There is no customer database behind it, no tracking of the submission, and no marketing list. If the mail service is unavailable, the form falls back to composing the same message in your own email client.
If you send the email, the message is processed by your email provider and the Nexus Atlas email provider. It may be retained for business correspondence, follow-up and record keeping.
Do not include classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive or operationally restricted information in the public briefing form or ordinary email.
The subscription request reaches us the same way, through our email provider. There is no marketing cadence, and replying to any update is enough to stop them.
We would like to use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful and where readers get stuck. Neither is loaded and no analytics cookie is set unless you accept them in the notice that appears on your first visit. Decline and nothing third-party is requested at all — the site behaves identically either way, and no feature is withheld.
Both are operated by providers outside the EU, which is the honest reason the choice is yours to make rather than ours to assume.
Your decision is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so we do not know who chose what. “Analytics settings” at the foot of every page reopens the notice at any time; withdrawing consent stops the tools immediately and clears the analytics cookies they had set.

If a server-side contact endpoint, additional processors or any further cookies are introduced, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before they go live.
